Starfish (Room 1)

Sand Dollar (Room 2)
The Sand Dollar is a ground-floor beach-view unit featuring a King bed, Full-size Futon, flat-panel TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, induction plate with pots and pans, breakfast table, and a walk-in closet. Kitchenette is equipped with dishes, mugs, glasses and utensils. A private outdoor sitting area with 2 chairs allows for your own spectacular sunset views. Seashell (Room 3)
The Seashell is a ground-floor beach-view unit featuring a newly re-modeled bathroom, King bed, full size futon, flat-panel TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, induction plate with pots and pans, breakfast table, and a walk-in closet. Kitchenette is equipped with dishes, mugs, glasses and utensils. Closest to the Sunset Deck, the private outdoor sitting area with 2 chairs allows for your own spectacular sunset views. Mermaid (Room 4)
The Mermaid is a ground-floor beachfront unit directly facing the Gulf of Mexico. It features a King bed, flat-panel TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, induction plate with pots and pans, and a breakfast table. Kitchenette is equipped with dishes, mugs, glasses and utensils. Outdoor sitting area provides the most spectacular views of the Gulf the Pearl has to offer. This room can accommodate 2 adults. Sea Turtle (Room 5)
The Sea Turtle is a ground-floor beachfront unit directly facing the Gulf of Mexico. It features a King bed, flat-panel TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, induction plate with pots and pans, and a breakfast table. Kitchenette is equipped with dishes, mugs, glasses and utensils. Outdoor sitting area provides the most spectacular views the Pearl has to offer. The Sea Turtle can accommodate 2 adults. Dolphin (Room 6)

Banyan (Room 9)
The Banyan is a unique ground-floor unit with both a garden-view entrance, and peek-a-boo Gulf side entrance and views. It features a NEWLY RE-MODELED bathroom, Queen bed, Full-Size Futon, flat-panel TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, induction plate with pots and pans, and breakfast table. Heron (Room 10)
The Heron is a second-floor unit featuring a King bed, newly re-modeled bathroom, Full-size Futon, Flat-Panel TV, Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Microwave, toaster, stove/oven and Breakfast Table. Kitchenette is equipped with dishes, mugs, glasses and utensils. The Heron’s private balcony (accessible only through the room) looks past the lower level of the Pearl to stunning Gulf views. The Heron can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. This room does not accommodate pets.
Pelican (Room 11)
The Pelican is a second-floor unit featuring a Queen bed, newly re-modeled bathroom, Full-Size Futon, flat-panel TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, induction plate and breakfast table. Kitchenette is equipped with dishes, mugs, glasses and utensils. The Pelican’s outdoor balcony/seating area with dining table overlooks the Garden Patio straight to the Gulf of Mexico. The Pelican accommodates 2 adults and 2 children. This room does not accommodate pets.
Osprey (Room 12)
The Osprey is a fully remodeled second-floor unit featuring a King bed, twin pull-out chair, flat-panel Smart TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, induction plate with pots and pans, and a breakfast table. The Kitchenette is equipped with dishes, mugs, glasses and utensils. The Osprey has a private balcony facing the East, and a shared balcony that looks past the Garden Patio to the Gulf of Mexico. The Osprey accommodates 2 adults and 1 child. This room does not accommodate pets.
Atlantis (Room 13)
The Atlantis is our spacious first-floor Suite. Atlantis boasts a full-sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, full stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. Kitchen is equipped with dishes, mugs, glasses, utensils, and counter stools. Atlantis also features a private bedroom with one Queen bed. Open concept living area has two Queen-size sofa beds, and bar-height dining table for 4. This suite can accommodate up to 6 adults. This unit does not accommodate pets. This unit is handicap accessible.
We love our furry family members, which is why pets are permitted in certain rooms with prior approval. Guests in these rooms are permitted a maximum of 2 pets per unit, weighing no more than 30 pounds each. Guests in these rooms will be charged an additional fee of $30 per pet per night.
If you have more than 2 pets, or if they are larger than permitted, you will automatically be charged a $250 fee to the card on file.
