Reservation Policies and Terms 

Check-in Time: 3:00pm
Check-out Time: 11:00am

Early arrival and late departure is subject to additional daily charge. 


Cancellation & Deposit Policy 


All reservations require a deposit. Full-week stays require a $200/week deposit; Partial-week stays require a deposit equal to one-night stay rate. 
Reservations are not confirmed until the required deposit is received and payment cleared. 
Deposits are non-refundable.
No refunds are given for late arrivals or early departures. 

Other Policies 
All prices are quoted in USD. State and local taxes are additional. 
Rates are subject to change without notice. 
Rates quoted are based on maximum occupancy of two (2) persons per suite. For each additional person or visitor, a fee of $30 shall apply per suite per day. All additional guests and visitors must be registered at check-in. 
Please specify the number of guests when placing your reservation to ensure the comfort of all our other guests. 
For guests extending their stay beyond a full-week, each additional day shall be charged at the daily rate. 
We reserve the right to refuse guests exceeding the maximum occupancy limit. 
We reserve the right to require a 3 to 5 day minimum stay during peak season and other special times of the year including holidays.
